Life is like a candle, and tears begin to dry when the candle burns away and becomes nothing. Life is like flying petals, undergoing rooting, budding, blooming, bearing fruit, and then finally withering.

Life is like the wind and rain, at all times of the day and night, year after year, spring, summer, autumn, and winter . . . and never stops. From the east coast to the west coast, from the end of the Pacific Ocean to the end of the Atlantic Ocean, from the small bridges in my hometown to the snowy winters in another country. Life follows along like a shadow, and rides the wind and waves forward courageously.

The rainy season in Los Angeles has arrived, and the snow of the Rocky Mountains is upon us. I prayed silently for this fragrant candle, and prayed that it would give me a beam of light. May this beam of light illuminate my path of life and welcome my stormy life.
