Walnut, California, USA. 28th April, 2025. BYC International Holdings held the Grand Opening of its Los Angeles offices in Walnut, California. The event featured speeches, entertainment, and a live video connection to the offices in New York. BYC International Holdings is an established global investment company that is expanding operations into new locations and international markets. Senior executives from the Los Angeles and New York offices jointly pressed the start button, and the event was launched simultaneously from both locations. The large video screen presented the visuals of BYC International Holdings Grand Opening.

The attendees were business partners, celebrities, and guests from all over the world that included Music artist/guitarist Kim Se-hwang, TV host Marina Kufa, Evens Duplesy, Vice President of Ocean Transport, and many others. The Masters of Ceremony (MCs) were TV host Joey Zhou, founder of the Los Angeles Beverly Arts (LABA), singer/actress Grace Field, and Xinxin Lai. The speakers were Gene Chen, Founder and CEO of BYC International Holdings, Patrick Yip, Chairman and CFO of BYC International Holdings, Jian Wang, COO Operations President of BYC International Holdings in New York, and Ming Liu, Training President and Business School Dean.

Jian Wang stated,"2025 is a very meaningful year for us. He was joined by Ming Liu by expressing that BYC International Holdings looks forward to working with more industry partners in the future to jointly open up a broader development blueprint.

The entertainment was provided by one of the MCs, Grace Field, who energized the crowd with her lively enthusiasm and beautiful voice, and a graceful Chinese dancer who performed in traditional style, adding a touch of cultural elegance to the event.

About Gene Chen - Founder and CEO

Gene (Yuxin) Chen has had a successful career in business and has also worked as an actor, movie director and producer. He graduated from a professional drama university in Shanghai in 1989 and has been an innovative leader in both the entertainment and business sectors, creating numerous successful enterprises. He established a Chinese language center and a martial arts center, where he taught Chinese Kung Fu. Additionally, he founded several other businesses, including an import and export company, an e-commerce venture, a multi-level marketing firm, and a blockchain business. Chen received the 2025 LABA Icon Award for Best Visionary Entrepreneur.

About Patrick Yip - Chairman and CFO

Patrick (Wai Man) Yip has had an extensive career in international finance and has been a visionary leader in his field, serving as the CEO of White Fox Holding Limited and an advisor for Vista Global Group in Hong Kong. He invests in films, antiques, and literary and artistic works. He held positions as a dealer and treasurer at institutions such as Kleinwort Benson Ltd., Standard Chartered Asia Ltd., Traditional Asia Ltd., BNP-Daiwa (HK) Ltd., Westdeutsche Landesbank, Jardine Fleming Co. Ltd., and Banque de L’Indochine et de Suez. Yip is the winner of a 2025 LABA Icon Award winner for Best Visionary Entrepreneur.
