LABA Los Angeles International Art Festival Interactive Discussion with Artist Jiannan Huang

Los Angeles, California, USA. 10th February, 2021. The Los Angeles Beverly Arts (LABA) Los Angeles International Art Festival and The Beverly Arts Online Exhibition held an interactive discussion with artist Jiannan Huang in honor of the Chinese Lunar New Year which is celebrated throughout China and other parts of the world on February 11th-17th. António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, gave a special message to China wishing them a Happy Lunar New Year and thanking them for their continuing support of the United Nations.
The eve of Lunar New Year is celebrated on February 11th and marks the beginning of the Spring Festival with activities that mark the end of winter and the beginning of Spring, with fireworks, decorations, performances, and traditions that date back to ancient times. This year is the Year of the Ox, the Chinese Zodiak year that Secretary-General Guterres was born, which he shared in his recorded message.
Princess Karen Cantrell, founder the United Nations Association Coachella Valley Chapter and Chairman of the Royal Society of St. George, and TV host Joey Zhou held a virtual/interactive discussion with artist Jiannan Huang about his newest artwork and an update on his participation with LABA.
