Pasadena, California, USA. 21st March, 2026. The Los Angeles Beverly Arts (LABA) held an art performance event in Pasadena, California, featuring LABA blue-chip artist Michael Janzen. He created a live watercolor painting in front of the audience, accompanied by music that complemented the creation of his artwork. During the event, Michael Janzen was presented with a gift from Zehra Sun, CEO of MDSUN, an ornamental plate from Royal Selangor of Malaysia, engraved with his name and title as honorary art consultant for MDSUN.

The event was led by TV host Joey Zhou, founder of the Los Angeles Beverly Arts (LABA), and included music performances by opera singer/vocalist Jinli (Gina) Qu, singer/actress Grace Field, and a flute performance by Virginie Pichot. Attendees included Zehra Sun, CEO of MDSUN Skincare, artist Todd Williamson, director Harrison Engle, Professor Lingyun Xiang, business leader Annie Chen, Jason Mai, Kara Xu, Linda Lin, Michelle Yu, actor Paul Harris Harrell, Danielle Nowak, assistant Yugie Chen, and others. After the event, the completed artwork was auctioned off to the highest bidder.
