Los Angeles, California, USA. 3rd January, 2022. The Los Angeles Beverly Arts (LABA) is proud to announce that three of LABA Blue-chip artist Jiannan Huang's paintings were valued at over US $1.5 million each. The painting titled "Earth Code," is valued at $1.88 million, "Inextricably Linked" is valued at $1.62 million, and "The Sky of Sky" is valued at $1.54 million. "Inextricably Linked" by LABA Blue-chip Artist Jiannan Huang is valued at $1.62 million U.S.

The appraisals were provided by fine art expert Richard Wearn, a Professor of Art at California State University, Los Angeles. He has combined his academic career and its scholarship basis with his history of working in the private art world to garner significant experience and perspective to provide appraisal and valuation services. Mr. Wearn has provided appraisal and consulting services for a significant number of private and international collectors in the United States, Italy, and China. He has evaluated and appraised the works of famous art masters such as Andy Warhol, Lucio Fontana, Basquiat, Picasso, Lichtenstein, Banksy, Naim June Paik, and others.

"The Sky of Sky" by LABA Blue-chip Artist Jiannan Huang is valued at $1.54 million U.S.

Jiannan Huang is one of the world's finest artists, specializing in Chinese ink and oil painting. He is ranked third on the 2020 Hurun China Art List and 19th on the Hurun Global List with art sales of $29 million. Huang ranked second on Artron.Net's 2020 Art Auction Market Ranking. Artron.Net is the world’s leading Chinese art website and China’s largest art service platform. In less than a year, interest from North American collectors has increased significantly. Recently two of Huang's paintings were appraised at over one million US dollars; "Inexhaustible" valued at $1,450,000 and "The Flower of Youth" valued at $1,150,000. The appraisals were obtained from renowned art consultant Sara Mokhtari and her appraisal agency in Beverly Hills, California in 2021.

Huang holds several positions, Director of the Chinese Traditional Culture Promotion Association, Overseas Art Adviser for the "Olympic Cheers" organizing committee for the Beijing Olympics, member of the French National Artists Committee, art consultant for the World Low Carbon Cities Alliance, and France's Jiny City Gold Medal Honorary Citizen. He was awarded the title of "Earl" by the Indonesian Royal Family, and the "Royal Sacred Knight of Constantine" from Italy. In 2020, Huang was invited by the LABA International Art Festival Organizing Committee to participate in the LABA International Art Festival as a Blue-chip artist. Last year, he was awarded an honorary membership into the Royal Society of St. George, California.

According to Wearn, "Mr. Huang’s work bears clear and significant connection to the rich art history of China. His paintings are viewed within a tradition of the artist as poet, nomad, philosopher and insightful proclaimer of the supernatural and cosmological, all interpreted through the discipline of his artistic vision. This centuries old tradition is resonant within Mr. Huang’s work, placing him among an elite few whose artwork and life practice is venerated today, and their artworks sought after."

In the 28-page appraisal report, Wearn gives a rigorous and professional evaluation of Jiannan Huang’s three artworks. In addition to the physical inspection, the methodology of appraisal is primarily research and data based, with a critical analysis of the relationships between sets of information, contextualized to determine the economic conditions that define specific price indexes. Several criteria are used to evaluate and assess the paintings including the artist's influence on the art world, creation history, history of prices in various auction houses, trends in the art market during the past year, and the market price information. The evaluation of Huang's art was fully integrated with his influence on a global scale, and compared to other major Chinese artists who are now collected in the Western art world.

The growth and expansion of China's art market has been well documented. China's cultural economy, including the accelerated growth of the art market, is part of the "Chinese Economic Miracle" since 1999. According to the statistical analysis of Morgan Stanley's Investment Bank Report (November 2021), China's economy has rebounded faster from the downturn of the pandemic, allowing it to surpass the United States to become the world's largest art market. China alone (excluding Taiwan) and other Asian regions account for 21% of the total global art market sales. This acceleration is believed to be primed by an influx of capital from Chinese sources that would otherwise be spread globally.

Richard Wearn has been a Professor of Art at California State University, Los Angeles, since 2005. He has also taught at some of the most important art institutions in China, Taiwan, the United States, and Europe. His reviews on Western and Chinese contemporary art have been published many times internationally, and he has served as an art critic for many mainstream artists. An artist himself, Wearn's artworks have been exhibited and collected all over the world.

Important note: "The data on the universe in this article has no specific scientific basis, but it basically conforms to the logical and philosophical categories."

Painting by LABA Blue-chip artist Jiannan Huang

Aside from the artificial time concept of year, month, day, hour, minute, and second, time actually exists objectively. A universal consensus says that time was born at 13.8 billion light years. This is also the time when the universe was born as estimated by scientists. But the universe is still expanding, so some people say that the initial time is 45 billion light-years, and some people boldly speculate that it is 90 billion light-years.

According to the minimum concept of time, 247 zeptoseconds is the shortest time for a light atom to pass through a hydrogen atom. This 247 zeptoseconds is already a multiple of 280 million million years that we can perceive one second. And if we use the smallest particle that we know to penetrate other particles, it may be even more amazing that the data will completely subvert our existing human perception of time.

Therefore, four years ago, I interviewed two of the world's most senior professors who have studied computers for more than 25 years and put forward a bold hypothesis: "Why can't we use the self-learning function of artificial intelligence to study the complex mysteries of the universe?" "The answers of Dr. Georgia and Dr. Void are all seen: "Human data on the complexity of the universe cannot provide enough data for current artificial intelligence." In fact, the core of my question lies in the "self-learning function" of artificial intelligence. Or, I have a bold idea, why don't we currently use the world's most powerful computing power in China's "Shenwei Taihu Light"? Can the computer's powerful computing power of 1.25 billion billion times per second combined with artificial intelligence be able to measure the time of the universe?

And my answer is no, or even pessimistic? The most powerful computer can count the rise and fall of a country, the end of the earth, and the ultimate of the solar system, but not the time of the universe. Consider this logic. The earth is only 4.5 billion years old, while life was only 700 million years old in the Cambrian. Compared with cosmic civilization, our human civilization is actually an extremely short-lived and low-end civilization.

Although I have stated in the poem "New Concept" that we humans may think in a different way of thinking, the current civilization may have a divergence from our own cognition. Of course, I also put forward the "time asynchrony" in the poem "Light of Destiny". It may be possible to recognize the "asynchrony of time" as a unique way for us to recognize the universe and the time of the universe.

What is the time? Where is the beginning of time?

If the existing cognitive abilities of human beings cannot give the answer, why not recognize ourselves in another way? Just as we can't reach the remote and vast universe, why don't we reach the inside of the smallest particles?

My title is "Message from Time", so why don't I have any emotional words at all? For example, what "time to boil the rain"? List a bunch of useless adjectives like the following: "Time flies, white horses go through a gap, fast speed, short-lived, fleeting, short-lived, time is like a shuttle, fleeting, time is like an arrow, a thousand miles in a day, three autumns in a day, sun and moon like a shuttle, one day and one night, one hour and three quarters, in a blink of an eye, the years are flowing, the pitching, the golden moment, the light is fleeting, the day and night, the hour and a half, the blinking, the race against time, the time is like an arrow, passing quickly."

"Dangerous, undecided respite" may be the best footnote to describe current time.

"Doubt that our own cognition is the greatest awe of time."

This is my best message to time this year.
