LABA Art Festival Press Conference in Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills, California, USA. 1st February, 2021. TV Host Joey Zhou, founder of Los Angeles Beverly Arts and Sharon Amezcua, Chairman of Los Angeles Beverly Arts, held a press conference at the Beverly Canon Gardens in Beverly Hills, California to give an update on the LABA Art Festival since the event was announced last year. To date, many artists from around the world have registered, and several artists have been selected to have their work shown on The Beverly Arts website. More artists are being nominated, with an announcement of names expected in April 2021.

Artist Jiannan Huang, the featured artist of the LABA Art Festival, was present at the beginning of the press conference by video conference (cell phone) with Joey Zhou handling the call. Jiannan Huang is listed on the 2020 Hurun Global Art List as 19th in the world, and ranked 3rd in China on the 2020 Hurun China Art List, with many paintings selling in the range of $1,000,000 (one million dollars) USD.

Sharon Amezcua talked about LABA as an organization and gave an update on what she sees ahead for coming year. Joey Zhou talked about the LABA Art Festival and gave more details on the festival as it continues to attract more artists, and those involved in the art industry. An awards ceremony is planned for the LABA Art Festival and more information will be available at a later date.
