Shennel Trading Group/Aris.A founders Aris Ai, President, and Garrison Shen, Vice President, hosted a gala appreciation dinner at Culina Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel for the lead organizers and distinguished guests of their 30th Anniversary Gala on December 30th, 2022. A special ceremony was also held to appoint LABA Blue-chip artist, Jiannan Huang, as the Senior Advisor of International Art Design at Shennel Trading Group.

The attendees included members of the organizing committee: Aris Qun Ai, President of Shennel Trading Group, Garrison Haiying Shen, Vice President of Shennel Trading Group, Jing Xu, Managing Director of Shennel Trading Group, Joey Zhou, Master of Ceremonies and Chief Show Director, and Harrison Engle, filmmaker and President of Signal Hill Entertainment Group. Other distinguished guests were Councilman Michael A. Cacciotti, City of South Pasadena, Sandra Tung, Chairman of the American Chinese Exchange Assoc., Princess Karen Cantrell, Chairman of the Royal Society of St. George, California, and Peter Eckert, Entrepreneur.

LABA Blue-chip artist Jiannan Huang attended the special ceremony by video conference where he was presented as the Senior Advisor of International Art Design at Shennel Trading Group. His appointment letter was framed for him and will be sent to him in China. TV host Joey Zhou, founder of the Los Angeles Beverly Arts (LABA), presented a gift from Jiannan Huang to Aris Ai and Garrison Shen - a large calligraphy painting that said "Tian Dao Chou Qin," which is the Chinese proverb, "Fate rewards those who are well prepared."

Princess Karen Cantrell, Joey Zhou, Harrison Engle hold the calligraphy painting by Jiannan Huang that is being presented to Shennel. Joey Zhou points to the calligraphy characters, "Tian Dao Chou Qin," meaning "Fate rewards those who are well prepared."

Jiannan Huang is one of the world's finest artists, specializing in Western oil painting and Chinese ink. He is ranked third on the 2020 Hurun China Art List and 19th on the Hurun Global List with sales of $29 million. Jiannan holds several positions - Director of the Chinese Traditional Culture Promotion Association, member of the French National Artists Committee, art consultant for the World Low Carbon Cities Alliance, and France Jiny City Gold Medal Honorary Citizen. He was awarded the title of "Earl" by the Indonesian Royal Family and in 2021, he was given an honorary membership into the Royal Society of St. George (RSSG), California Branch. In 2022, he received the RSSG "Master of Arts" Award and the LABA Most Influential and Most Valuable Artist Award.
