International China Concern "Stand for Children" Gala 2022

Newport Beach, California, USA. 16th June, 2022. American Friends of China Concern (AFICC), the United States office for International China Concern (ICC), held its first annual gala, "Stand for Children" to raise funds to benefit children with disabilities in China. It was held at the Newport Renaissance Hotel in Newport Beach, California and featured red carpet, fashion show, silent auction, presentations, and live performances. The AFICC's goal for the event was to raise money on behalf of children in orphanages with disabilities in China, and to help families to raise their children with disabilities at home, keeping families together.

The Master of Ceremonies was Joey Zhou, TV host and Founder of The Beverly Arts, and entertainment included singer/performer Stephanie Spruill, a Chinese musical ensemble from the Siyan Music Art Center in San Diego, Apple Zhou from the Yaya Dance Academy, and pianist Qishan Shi.
