“Art and storytelling have the ability to reach people in ways traditional communication often cannot,” Castine said. “They can help bridge cultural divides and make complex ideas about health and well-being more relatable.”

Castine is currently collaborating with a media production company on the first phase of a multi-level project that blends medicine, storytelling and visual media. The initiative is designed to engage and entertain audiences while also educating them about health and wellness on an international scale. Her goal, she said, is to communicate with people where they are through culture, creativity and clear messaging, while developing projects that can expand their impact across diverse communities.
