Montebello, California, USA. October 30th, 2022. Dr. Debby Jou, a philanthropist who has been highly recognized for her dedication to the Los Angeles community, held a grand birthday and celebration party for VIP guests, friends, and family in Montebello, California.

The event was hosted by famous CCTV hosts Wei Liu , Kunrong Lin, and William Lin. Ding Yanyu, Wu Chengyuan, Qin Zhenguo, Liu Daqiang, Zhou Zheng and others wished Dr. Debby Jou a happy birthday in their speeches. In their speeches, they all mentioned the significant amount of public welfare and charity work that Dr. Debby Jou has done in community, including actively participating in politics, working to safeguard the rights and interests of the Asian community, and being a spokesperson for the Asian community. Ding Yanyu also mentioned that he founded the Hope Lions Club with Dr. Debby Jou and others. Under the active advocacy of Dr. Debby Jou and others, Yanyu stated that he has done a lot of charity work for the San Gabriel City and Southern California communities.
As the Executive Director of US Art Bank, Joey Zhou brought commemorative gifts from the Beijing Winter Olympics to the audience, and interacted with the guests to play a gift guessing game, which brought some added excitement to the event.

LABA Blue Chip Artist Mr. Jiannan Huang attended by video conference from his Beijing Art Studio and congratulated Dr. Debby Jou’s for her sucess and wished her birthday greetings! Jiannan Huang is one of the world's finest artists, specializing in Western oil painting and Chinese ink. He is the first Blue-chip artist established by the LABA International Art Festival, and won first place as the LABA-MIMV Most Influential and Valuable Artist in the world on September 29, 2022. He is ranked third on the 2020 Hurun China Art List and 19th on the Hurun Global List with sales of $29 million. Jiannan Huang holds several positions - Director of the Chinese Traditional Culture Promotion Association, member of the French National Artists Committee, art consultant for the World Low Carbon Cities Alliance, and France Jiny City Gold Medal Honorary Citizen. He was awarded the title of "Earl" by the Indonesian Royal Family. In 2021, he was given an honorary membership into the Royal Society of St. George (RSSG), California Branch, and received the RSSG "Master of Arts" Award in 2022.

Dr. Debby Jou was moved and grateful to see so many guests and friends participating in her birthday party. Many friends have become like family members. It is with the encouragement and help of such friends that she does her best to contribute to the community, hoping that she can drive the community with her own strength, and more people will devote themselves to community public welfare and charity.
This year, Dr. Debby Jou donated over 500,000 protective masks, one million pieces of protective clothing, and 20 million bottles of hand sanitizer at no charge to businesses and individuals. She once again attracted the community's attention as one of the most influential Chinese-American philanthropists in Los Angeles. For decades, Dr. Debby Jou has shown her generosity as a philanthropist by giving back to the community and providing needed healthcare supplies, especially during the pandemic when they were needed most. Over the years, Dr. Debby Jou has funded more than 500 large-scale charity performances and public welfare activities in the Los Angeles area, either through her own charitable organizations or subsidiaries. Some of these have been: "Language of Hometown" competition, "Candlelight Gala Against Hate Against Asians", "Mid-Autumn Festival Missing Global Chinese Poetry Society""Care for Women on Mother's Day, Mother's Hard Work, Free Massage", etc.

Dr. Debby Jou has also sponsored special events for children and the community in the Los Angeles area including Earth Environment Day, free clinic garden party, and a healthy walk event. She has donated anti-epidemic supplies, held activities to support police dogs and the police station, donated money to the Food Bank in Los Angeles, and organized clean beaches and parks to pick up trash. She has organized and sponsored a number of public welfare activities that were not only praised by the community, but also led and influenced a large number of people and young children to care for vulnerable groups and give back to society, having a positive impact on the community.

Dr. Debby Jou is a native of Taipei City, Taiwan, and her ancestral home is Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. She is an artist, educator, entrepreneur, and philanthropist living in the United States. She is currently the Chairman of US Art Bank, Executive Director of the American Artists Association, Dean of Jiade Sacred Heart Institute, CEO of Hollywood Film and Television Group, Chairman of Apollo Entertainment Film and Television Group, Chairman of Infinite Stem Cell Technology, Founding Chairman of Hope and Diamond Lions Club, and CEO of Hope House. Later in the evening, the dignitaries attending the event presented a certificate of honor to Dr. Debby Jou. A cake-cutting and prayer ceremony was held. Los Angeles Huayi Song and Dance Troupe, Southern California Community Singer Peng Peng, Hollywood Magic Artist Zhou Zeyou, Yali Dance School, Southern California Chinese Orchestra, Los Angeles Yue Opera Troupe, Space Fitness and National Chinese Wushu Academy, Hu Yuxin, Yang Weiping, Guan Yunjiao, Li Qiuping, Zeng Xiangyu, Lu Yizhong, Wang Yaoxin, Zhuang Feng, Zeng Shuqing, Wu Wenyu, Zhao Yalin, Luo Xinghua, Xue Haohu, Danny Zheng, Wang Defen, Wu Xiuzhen, Chen Wenkuan, and others entertained the audience with wonderful performances. The atmosphere of the party was beautiful and lively as guests honored Dr. Debby Jou and enjoyed the special evening.
